Montorio was able to build me a beautiful home. The old world brick work was absolutely unbelievable! This family run business excels at customer service. Highly Recommend.

We bought single family new home with Montorio Builders, I highly recommend them as they have amazing customer service and wonderful floor plans. They are very flexible and considerate in customer needs and make changes accordingly. Saja and Kristy helped us through the whole process and ensured our smooth transitioning. My family took possession of a beautiful 2472 sq. ft. home built by Montorio Homes in Walker Summit SE Edmonton in September 2021. We are very pleased with the quality of the built . We got way much more than their competitors offered at the price we paid . I really would like to commend Kristi Basaraba, Saja Hadi and Brittany Jensen for their assistance through out the building process at the height of the pandemic. This team will go above and beyond to resolve issues along the way which is a testament of their wealth of experience with home construction. Montorio offered us the opportunity to customize our plan to suit the needs of my family without breaking the banks. Our custom Andrea 2 plan presents a breathtaking spiral stairs with metal spindles at the entrance of the home, large windows for natural light, delightful coffered ceiling in the nook area, custom spice kitchen/pantry, rough-in central vacuum, rounded wall corners, huge double car garage, 4 bedrooms with a bonus room on the second floor, a den on the main floor, very spacious kitchen and large island, upbeat vinyl plank flooring and tiles, wide trims and baseboards, California ceiling texture, all included in their premier specifications AND NOT UPGRADES. Many families and friends who sees our house says your house has a modern look, very rich in detailing and functionality, with many of them consulting us for their future built. We were never pressured for sale and the sales office was never tired of answering questions. I appreciated more the quality and cost of materials used for constructing the house when we privately built our basement.  I would recommend Montorio Homes to anyone looking for a quality built at a decent price . Montorio is able to manage the size of their business volume.  My advise to home buyers is to inform the sales team what you need in your house, what price point you are considering and they will advise you accordingly. Why 4 stars? So after living 11 years in house build by Montorio I can say driveway and sidewalk job 0 stars, tiles 2 stars (gap is different almost on all. Touch, roof, walls, ….. everything else 5 stars. Do I will contact them for building another ? Most likely, but I will be over concrete guys and tile guy heads all the time.

My personal experience with Montorio Homes was excellent. Rupinder & Saja were also very helpful and they helped me throughout the entire process until i got my possession. Altogether it was a good experience as a first time home buyer.

Dennis was very helpful and nice. We are thinking of purchasing a home in the summer. I can’t speak highly enough of Dennis, His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. When we are ready we will certainly be in touch with him.

I went to there show home in Cavanagh. Sales guy named as Dennis, he was so rude and unprofessional. He was just yelling at us. Showing us attitude. Montorio Homes is by far the best builder I have ever worked with. The quality is very high, and the value is top notch. You will be hard pressed to find a better builder for your investment dollars. The people are great too!
