★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was involved with the general contractor in charge of abatement and demolition of a local school in my area. After 25 years in the GC business I recognize proficient trades vs the cowboys. McColeman had the proper machines on site, a dedication to safety, removed debris as the demo progressed, and left the whole site cleaned and ready to plant. I got to interact with the site crew and was impressed with the integrity and longevity of the employees. They even still like the management which is a great sign of how they are treated day to day. These guys know the business of demolition . Long history of Family operations - so support local. I note someone below thought Shirley was of slightly unsavory character...I found her to be highly shy, demure and of a feminine nature that made it difficult to hold a conversation without worrying about hurting her feelings. Perhaps she would benefit from a Andrew Carnegie course, ;) but she seems to know her stuff.
