★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this clinic for past 40 years..same doctor (Dr. and Nurse Gauthier are an exceptional team...the founders of the clinic)...welcoming receptionists, several Doctors of long standing...appointments are of short waiting time ...telephone return calls within a few hours..best of care!! free parking at back of building...gave it a 4* as there are several stairs, not wheelchair accessible ...moi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've known Doctor Lafleche there at this McArthur Medical Center for like 40 years now and I can say he is a professional. He taken good care of quite a few members in my family all his life. Anyone that has a doctor there at this Mcarthur Medical Center better hold on to them because in my view and experiences they are all great caring doctors there. It's quite the place since you can get our medication and other services from that same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gauthier and his receptionist are exceptional. Very genuine and caring. Dr. Gauthier is very thorough, asks the right questions and has no "ego" when it comes to referring to a specialist - and because he is a long-standing doctor in Ottawa, he is connected very well with the top specialists in many fields. I am very fortunate to have him as my GP.
