Files submitted 4 months before my deadline for filing, they barely got to file my taxes in 4 months just days before the deadline - after many unreturned calls and numerous emails. Work probably was worth 5-6 hours, charged a truckload of money. Still asked for a higher fee than the year before - and called the higher fee "Discount for sub-par service". horrible work, horrible communication, do not trust this company with their work or business.
