★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won a prize with TD bank and it was being handled by MBCMarketing, they did not reply to most of my emails or phone calls, eventually I spoke to someone called Allen Chankowsky and he assured me that he would make it a priority that I received my prize, he failed to get back to me after that despite leaving him multiple emails and messages on his answer phone. I have since contacted the complaints department at the bank.
If you consider MBC as a choice for your business, consider this.... I am so unhappy about what I have been put through that I am now unhappy with TD bank THEIR client, I am the customer of TD, I am now angry with TD and am ready to leave them over this.
MBC will reflect badly on you as a company if you let them work on your behalf and they act as badly as they have with me. I have found numerous issues onlien related to the same subject.
Avoid them like the plague!
