Good job!
S	Sara Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to this Starbucks with my friends or my sister all the time. Yesterday, same as usual my sister and I went in and ordered her drink. There were only two people in their shifts, the girl took her order and the other guy gave her the drink. It’s normal for a customer to ask for straws or any other utensils to the workers, but instead the guy gave her the drink with such a miserable attitude and when she asked for something we had a eye contact and he gave me a rude eye rolling. Everytime I go in and he is on his shift, for some reason he would give us bad customer service and bad attitude. It’s really annoying because we haven’t done anything and we always go here. We know the workers are all nice and caring, but when he has showed us rudeness for multiple times , I couldn’t stand anymore. I work as well and I know how stressing it can be to meet and give service to bunch of people everyday, but I was so upset I had to give reviews.. very disappointed and if this happens again I will speak to the manager or anyone else who’s responsible for the roll.

We were surprised at how many people were at the store so early on a Saturday, but service was well coordinated and the space was pretty clean. Parking is a little tricky: Street parking (Green P) $1.50 Parking in underground (North American Centre) $5.00 This location is also accessible by TTC via underground access

I've ordered at different locations around Toronto, and in this location, they NEVER give me LIGHT ICE, there is always a bunch of ice in my drink. Because this is the nearest Starbucks to my home, I've tried their drinks a lot of times and they constantly disappointed me☹️

I've moved since then and haven't visited until today, when we stopped by for our cafe stop during our cycling trip, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service this morning! We ordered two Americanos, one iced and one hot. Unfortunately they came out tasting slightly watered down, which happens and is perfectly understandable. My girlfriend and I asked the employees to rectify the situation, and they happily did so with no questions asked! They even remade the two orders, and ended up adding an extra shot of espresso to each order, and the coffees ended up tasting great in the end. Thank you for the great customer service! Coffee is a big part of our cycling experience, so we really appreciated that.

They were trying and willing to spend their time to help me for redeem my reward points even though this is the first time they have dealt with this problem. I appreciate their efforts and satisfied with their attitude as well as service. Happy with this result and these guys make my day!!!

I personally havent dined in, and looks difficult anyways since it’s not very spacious (unless patio is open, weather permitting). The staff I encountered were nice and the drinks were prepared in a timely fashion. Most importantly, for takeout, this location is convenient as it sits right on the Yonge and Finch intersection. All in all, I would come back for takeout orders.
