Very nice store with really good collection of furniture at reasonable prices.. got a beautiful Pooja mandir here at a great price

I bought a computer table and few other items from this place. 1st they delayed the shipping of items. 2nd, one of the item was damaged. As the item came st night I was not able to see the damage. I called them next morning and reported the damage. After that no response from them. I followed up, no reply. The after 2 months the bed that I bought from them is broken. I called them to report, the lady is like the kids would of jumped that's why its broken. I have stated there are no kids to jump on it, then she said the price of the bed was not high that is why it's broken. I asked was the price low enough for it to be broken in less than three months. She said she will call the owner and respond. No response yet.

Very poor quality damaged products received. No proper response and worst customer service. They lie a lot about their products. Purchased a cabinet and Armoire and both broke less than a month purchased. They make deliveries late nights and in a rush so we dont get the time to look into the damages upon arrival. Worst shopping experience. Never recommend to anyone.

I bought a bed and sofa from Mayas Furniture on dec 15th 2020, Mano was amazing he gave me discounts. He shipped the items on time. He alsp assembled everything. He went above and beyond on customer service. I would highly recommend this place , if your looking to shop furnitures for cheap price.

I LOVE Mayas Furniture! They have a great selection, extremely helpful sales people who are knowledgeable but not high pressured. We have always experienced superb customer service. I was able to design my perfect couch and it arrived in great time. Their selection was great as well.

We had a terrible experience at this store. We ordered a couple of mattresses and when we went to pick them up we asked to see them first before paying. The reason for this is because the last time we bought mattresses (at a different store) they gave us something different from what we had requested and we weren't able to return them. From the very beginning Mano was rude to us and insisted we pay first before showing us the mattresses. After arguing he begrudgingly brought out only one of the mattresses, dropped it on the floor and walked away to his desk. The mattress looked alright, but we wanted to see the other one as well. He insisted we had to pay first. He told us that if we ever buy anything there again, we should never ask to see it, and that he has never had a customer ask to see the item first. We had already put a deposit down and owed him a remaining $400. He said $400 is not a lot of money, so why are we so worried. That's great for him that $400 is not a lot of money, but it's very hurtful that he doesn't consider the financial reality of other people. He also yelled at my parents-in-law who were there to help us, and who were telling him he needed to show us the mattresses first before paying. I asked him if he wanted to show us the mattresses first, or just refund us the deposit, but he said he wouldn't give us any refund. After much arguing, we finally got him to bring out the second mattress, paid what we owed him and left. It was a terrible experience. I don't understand what the issue was, did he think we were going to run away with the mattresses over our heads? There was a customer in the store who witnessed everything that happened, but he left the store and outside told us that he was initially going to purchase something there but changed his mind after he saw the way Mano had treated us. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

Great customer service .There is variety of selection at reasonable price .Also their delivery is on time . I highly recommend this place to buy furniture.

Extremely satisfied with my experience in the store. The owner Mano understood what we needed and made sure we received what we were looking for. Would always recommend this homely store in Scarborough!!
