★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needle caps and paraphenalia drugs ect outside maindoor of may bennet wellness center at 1 pm!!! Wasnt cleaned up till after i complained how shameful that was!!!! Were the health unit for cryin out loud!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my best friend here for a really long time. He’s been struggling a lot with his medical issue and the nurses aren’t making it any easier. A handful of nurses actually know what there doing, and even then they never have the supplies they need. I’ve watched my friend change from this happy person he was to this sad guy who’s in pain. Only to have the nurses laugh his condition off as if there doing what they can. No initiative is taken among most of the nurses to actually understand people’s health care plan. My friend has to explain what to do to every nurse because they are unclear of his plan. I just want the clinic to take more care and actually know what they need to do before there patients come in, rather then fumbling through people’s care, making there condition worse. It breaks my heart seeing the person my brothers become.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend this clinic for community care regardless of your catchment area. Community based health care actually accessible in the community. Volunteers, staff, location, and focus as it should be -fully engaged. The building is not a edifice but you can access it easily with a wheelchair or walker. Disabled parking is right out front and accessible. Community care about people, for people, by people. You matter here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to bring my mother in for an appointment. It was scheduled for 1:15. When we arrived, my mother was told to wait because the person conducting the appointment was on lunch...
Everyone needs to eat lunch. Please do not book an appointment at the same time as a lunch break, and if the nurse was running late, have the courtesy to call.
I missed a lot more work because of this. We were on time for my moms appointment.
It would have been nice if she was too.
