★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately am renting a property through this branch with a very unprofessional landlord named Micheal Evin. Mike Evin stole $700 dollars worth of company asset's from my small arboring Business. After many attempts to get ahold of his boss who's name is Roger ( the owner of Canyon Creek Maxwell) to tell him what his employee does he seemed delighted to know he has a thief working for him. On all social media platforms I'm advising future renter's to NOT go with these guys, they are rude, unprofessional, left our back yard full of broken wood with nails sticking out of it, and are liar's. Anyone who rents with Mike Evin, Roger, or these guys will definitely regret it. Mike Evin doesn't even have the decency to answer phone calls or own up to when he's done something wrong. I live in a fourplex and all the other tenants are just as disgusted with them as we are. DO NOT CHOOSE MAXWELL REALTY, ROGER , OR MICHAEL EVIN FOR ANY AND ALL TYPES OF BUSINESS OR RENTING. They also left our balcony wide open without any notice, warning, or caution tape to ensure their tenant's don't fall or hurt themselves. They also left the mess for days and left garbage and tools everywhere. These guys are horrible people, choose actual professionals.

Not only that, but they are truly lovely human beings as well. I will definitely go to them if I decide to sell and/or buy again.

I had a viewing scheduled for a house in bridlewood and at first he was very friendly and happy to schedule my booking. Until he found out I would be moving with my girlfriend and not a "boyfriend or husband" as he so ignorantly asked! He went from being very excited to our viewing to completely ignoring all of my emails/calls. Very unprofessional! I will be taking this higher, this kind of "customer service" is unacceptable! Thanks for the pure ignorance, I haven't experienced anything like this before!
And just to add, the house is still available for rent!! Completely disgusting

The weekly meetings help me to stay on top of the changes within the industry from the in-house lawyer to the mortgage broker and more. The office staff are friendly, helpful and responsive to my questions. The Realtors are always willing to step up to help out should you need it. I highly recommend this Brokerage to anyone thinking of getting into the industry or are looking for a change.
