Earlier they said their payable company is on not available due to Covid and we did wait seriously since mar , after that they said they sent a cheque but we didn't receive it since 2 months. now no one is ready to take responsibility that where is that cheque , didn't receive no cheque copy nothing.
M	Metro Dispatch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sep 15th, Maximum Logistics called us desperately looking for a flatbed truck to load a bobcat to one of their transport trucks at 4760 Anderson Rd ,Ottawa ON. Driver said he`s in rush to load and leave and confirmed that the owner DON CAMPBELL will call soon with credit card to charge for the service. My driver was there and did the service before that happened and when done their truck left right away. We called back Don with all phone numbers provided to him but all was getting voice mail. We left him a message and when tried to call after there was not even any space for his voice mail to take any messages and never get back to us. Our account department tried to reach him many times too with no luck. So now they will mail him again copy of the invoice and hopefully will be paid so remove this bad review and take it to small claims court!!!

After delivery you are not answering calls and emails instantly, you have been reported and you will be getting calls from Loadlink and our lawyers as well, any other information you need please let me know. Happy to provide that as well. If you are doing business start acting like a professional. This is not blue riders, i dont know how many double broking you do that you do not remember who you give loads to.

We hired a collections agency to collect $2400 back from October 2020 and that was the only way we could recover the money. They intentionally do not pay their bills, don't answer their emails or phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am posting as the Controller of Viavic Express so you can look it up if you need to.
