★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La place est propre, moderne, avec une bonne variété d'équipements et de poids. Ce n'est pas le gym le plus grand à Québec, mais c'est rarement plein, donc rarement besoin de faire la file pour une machine. La seule chose, c'est que c'est un peu plus chère que les econo fitness de ce monde.
The place is clean, modern, with a good variety of amenities and weights. It's not the biggest gym in Quebec, but it's rarely full, so rarely need to queue for a machine. The only thing is, it's a little more expensive than the fitness econo in this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get information about their packages and rates. The girl at reception obviously did not want to answer my questions. She tried to give me short answers and rolled her eyes at me. She was completely rude, and didn't know simple information (rates or course info). She quoted me $70 per month when I had a quote from their online inscription for $53 per month and then said that it was the same thing...again, eye roll. I left, and went and joined Nautilus Plus instead, where the staff were nice, welcoming and well-informed.
