Affordable quality brake kits ! I’ve used two kits so far with them and have been happy with the process. I’m deducting a star for the purchase process being abit annoying. I couldn’t simply walk in and order the kit, everything seemed to go through email or phone and they’ll get a work order ready which allows me to pick up the kit after 15 mins. I also asked about the return policy via the phone agent and was told to call another number for that. I was able to get the info from the man at the desk during pick up. Other than that everything was great and the brakes are great :)

I ordered from this place for the first time and well I am very impressed. The price is right and I ordered on Tuesday then Friday morning I got a tracking # and got the parts delivered the same day. I will be coming back here. Highly recommend.

Ordered front pads and rotors for my girlfriends vehicle, was advised that the brakes we selected were the rights ones for the vehicle based off year, make, model, trim, and engine size. Shipping was quick and I think that's where the positive experience ended. On Oct 27, Once I took apart the caliper and took out the old pads I immediately noticed the new pads were a different shape/style of pad and were too long. I called the service line and provided the part numbers and was assured the parts were correct and would fit without issue, after trying to explain the issue I gave up. I walked to the part store; once there the staff told me there was 2 variations of pad and rotor for the vehicle, something this company failed to mention or even give me the option for. I got new pads and rotors and walked home where the new equipment was clearly very different from the Max Advanced parts and fit without any issue at all. I contacted Max Advanced Brakes about this and they advised me I could pay to return the products at a $25+tax shipping fee or I could take 2 hours to drive 1 way to their store and receive a refund; for something that was a mistake on their end and out of my control. I requested they send me a prepaid label as this was a mistake and I would have been satisfied then. On November 5, I contacted the company support as I had still yet to hear a response about my request. They requested I send photos of how the parts did not fit (thankfully I took them) and photos of the engravings on the parts to ensure they were proper from the box. On November 11, I finally received a prepaid label. On November 15, I shipped the parts back to them via UPS. On Dec 4, after having to call 6 times on different days, being put through 25-40 minute wait times, putting my phone number in for a call back "in sequence placed" to only wait 4 hours, I finally received the refund. After receiving their product back and dodging my calls for 2 weeks was I finally refunded for something that was beyond my control. The level of customer service by a brand that prides themselves in being Canadian and "top quality" is beyond piss poor. If you're looking for budget supplies for your vehicle that may or may not fit with customer service that is beyond unacceptable then fill your boots because you're looking at the best match for you.

The brakes are not bad considering how cheap the price is. I would suggest not spending the extra money on the coated drums... the coating came off of mine in a couple of days from braking.. I gave 3 stars because the customer service Sucks! I will suggest if you are picking up your brakes from there location get them installed from there outsourced mechanic. Every install with them is backed by warranty and they did a very good job.

I bought brake pads and rotors from Max Advanced Brakes for my mitsubishi lancer and I was not disappointed! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Ordering was very simple and picking them up was a breeze! Would recommend to anyone because they're good quality brakes at a very competitive price.

Quite pleased with my Max Advanced Brakes experience, they have great prices and good quality parts. Shipping is quick too. Most of all, their customer service is amazing, they promptly solved my issue and communication through every step of the process was great. I recommend.

The only positive feedback I have for this company is that I received my order quickly and that the assistant manager of customer service actually called me back when he said he would. Other than that I give this company a 0/10. I have been dealing with them for a month now. I ordered a full kit of brakes through the website, and through a faulty website design was shipped the wrong parts. The website doesn’t tell you that you need to select if it’s a single or dual piston vehicle, instead it just auto selects single piston, to which of course I have a dual piston calibre vehicle. I immediately called in to discuss this as I wanted to return the pieces I didn’t need. I spoke to multiple people all of which would need to seek answers for a question I ask them, and they tell me they will call me back. Well the callback never happens. Which then requires me to call back in, wait on hold and then request tech support to call me back. (If you call tech support directly they will leave you on hold for 45minutes with no call back option). One of the first people I spoke to told me they would reimburse me 40% and they would cover shipping considering the reason I was sent the wrong parts was because of a website error. I asked how much that 40% ends up being and they tell me they will have to call me back. The call back never happens. Then when I call back in the next person I talk to, tells me that they don’t see that conversation anywhere and that I have to cover shipping. This is the absolute worse customer service I have ever received. The fact that I’ve called over 20 times and have spoke to multiple different people is ridiculous. My advice to anyone looking to purchase anything from this company is to go to a local store instead. I’ve put countless hours into this just to fight over shipping fees. As a large company that prides themselves about being all about customer service it is very clear that this is untrue.

I just finished installing the black elite xds 4 rotors and brake pads kit on my 2019 ram 1500 classic everything fit perfectly. The only thing is the brake pads don't come with grease to put on the clips. I broke in the brakes so there's no glassing then test drive the truck and it's perfect (no vibration and no brake noises) The kit got ship to my door in 3 days because manifacture needed some time to put the black coating on them so this was actually very fast. If they wear good I'll definitely order a other kit the do the brake job on my wife 2016 ram 1500
