A superb seller! He doesn't give me a speech just to sell, but helps me find the mattress that suits me and not expensive. The bed is superb especially when I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour la première et dernière fois. Un magasin qui, a première vue semblait idéal, m'a montré un mauvais côté, de façon assez spectaculaire.
Je dois donner que les vendeurs/vendeuses étaient bien aimables, non prédatorielles comme les magasins à commissions, ce qui rend le magasinnage moins pénible. Je ne leur enleverai pas ça!
Rendu chez nous, j'ai découvert qu'il était à l'envers dans sa housse, et à l'inspection, la mousse mémoire était déchirée et trouée de partout. Je suis allé le rapporter, échangé avec un autre... Livré par eux, le landemain. Cette fois-ci des taches diffusées brunes, et encore des déchirures (moins, mais un matelas "neuf" ça n'a pas de déchirures)
C'est à l'après vente qu'ils offrent seulement un échange ou un 75$ off. Non merci. On a contacté le propriétaire, et il était bien aimable, et a offert de rembourser la totalité. Les livreurs étaient supposé venir le landemain, rien. Aucune nouvelles. Les vendeurs disent ne pas être capable de rejoindre leurs livreurs. (?) Le landemain, ils sont arrivé, sans s'excuser, mais bon. C'est fait. J'ai mon argent, j'ai perdu mon temps et mon énergie.
Malchance ou pas, ça ne me donne pas goût de continuer ici. De si bons avis, mais j'ai eu du mal à y croire.
Inspectez votre achat.
For the first and last time. A store that at first glance seemed ideal, showed me a bad side, quite dramatically.
I have to say that the sales people were very friendly, not predatory like commission stores, which makes shopping less painful. I won't take that away from them!
When we got home, I discovered that it was upside down in its cover, and upon inspection, the memory foam was torn and had holes everywhere. I went to bring it back, exchanged it with another... Delivered by them, the next day. This time scattered brown stains, and more tears (less, but a "new" mattress has no tears)
It's after sale that they only offer an exchange or a $75 off. No thanks. We contacted the owner, and he was very kind, and offered to refund the full amount. The delivery men were supposed to come the next day, nothing. No news. Sellers say they are unable to reach their delivery people. (?) The next day, they arrived, without apologizing, but good. It is done. I have my money, I wasted my time and my energy.
Bad luck or not, I don't feel like continuing here. Such great reviews, but I found it hard to believe.
Inspect your purchase.
