D	David Stanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a six month long laboratory radon test in our basement, we had a quite high radon gas reading that needed to be addressed. I contacted Master Radon in Regina, and they had a representative onsite the very next day. His meter readings confirmed that the radon gas levels were very high, and he quickly determined a plan to mitigate the problem.. A few days later, the Master Radon mitigation crew arrived first thing in the morning, and quickly went to work. After examining my basement and various options for installing and exhausting the fan, they came up with a different plan, and very quickly had the mitigation fan system installed. The three man crew were quick and efficient, and extremely thorough and diligent in their work. The entire project was extremely well done with the proper equipment, the work is neat and tidy, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished. The mitigation fan system works extremely well - within a few days the radon gas levels had dropped by 90%. and within a couple of weeks the levels were barely detectable. It was a job well done from start to finish - very professional and very effective. Thank you!

He set expectations then exceeded them with the results. The crew had an extremely challenging install due to weather issues and they finished ahead of schedule. The work carries an exceptional warranty and the best of all the guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional and just plain nice.

I was experiencing potentially dangerous radon levels in my basement and their radon mitigation system massively improved the levels inside my house (down from an average of 500 in common areas to under 40 bq/m3). The improved ventilation also helped lower CO2 levels. I feel a lot safer now. I think it’s an important step to look into your radon levels if you’re considering setting up a home office in your basement or setting up bedrooms for full time living, and Master Radon did an excellent job helping with this.

They persevered despite some unpleasant weather conditions. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. My readings when they came to test for Radon were 9x the recommended value. I am very happy to note that they are well below the recommended value and have been since they installed the mitigation system. I highly recommend Master Radon and it should be mandatory that all homes go through the Master Radon testing process if nothing else for peace of mind. The team was on-time, very knowledgeable, safe, and professional. You can tell they take their job very seriously and communicated throughout the install, and provided a very thorough walkthrough when complete. They had to completely change their initial approach after learning more about our situation when staring the install. This ended up in a slightly easier install, and a much more effective mitigation system. Our numbers were very very high (3000b) and they were able to lower them to (20b) with the system they installed. We are very happy to have spent the money to make our home safer for our family. I would recommend Master Radon to anyone who is concerned about the Radon levels in their house. Great job!

Professional, courteous, and took care placing mats and plastic to protect carpets. Very professional and friendly staff! I have my own portable radon detector i bought online and measured levels before calling Master Radon, and the levels were very concerning. James came out and assessed the radon levels, which he confirmed were quite high. After 2 months running the radon mitigation system the radon levels are approaching zero! Definitely worth the investment for safe indoor air! I'm very impressed with Master Radon's service and staff, and I highly recommend the company to everyone.
