โ โ โ โ โ Krista is a great massage therapist! I always feel relief of my sore muscles after seeing her. She also suggests stretches to do at home. Online booking is very convenient. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ My shoulder and back were quite painful due to overuse from playing sports Cheri did her magic...easing the pain and providing me with a few exercises to assist in my recovery. I've returned to play and am now in the process of strengthening my shoulder. Success is gradual but I can see the light at the end!! Yahoo....thank you Cheri

โ โ โ โ โ I had a massage with Krista. Absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had. Very strong hands if you want that sort of massage but she was also great at gauging where I needed it a little softer as well. We spent a few minutes talking about some of my injuries I had sustained in my past and then she went to work. I did not even realise how soar and tight I was from some of those injuries. She gave me some good stretches to do at home as well. Thanks again Krista, I will be back soon!

โ โ โ โ โ I was experiencing some fairly acute shoulder pain. I went to physio and chiro, they gave me exercises and adjustments and offered different diagnoses. Nothing made a real difference until I went to a massage therapy session with Cheri Moore at Massage Therapy Group. After one session there was a huge improvement. I have been going to Cheri for several years and always find her incredibly professional, thorough and effective. She is also witty and kind which is a lovely bonus.
On another occasion, she basically diagnosed my mother-in-law's hip arthritis when surgeons had overlooked it. Because the pain was in her knee, they just focussed on her knee. Cheri assessed her whole body and suggested her hip might be the real issue, with the pain referring to her knee. Bingo. Hip replacement 3 months later and she is a new woman. Massage therapists deserve more respect in the medical world. Especially those at Massage Therapy Group!
