The lady that owns this location has poor customer service skills or just doesn't care and wants your money. She will harass you to get a membership. I went in to see what they offered and for how much and her and the other middle aged receptionist kept talking about memberships and trying to pressure me into it on my first visit. Highly recommend to go else where.

I went in for an hour relaxation massage and I asked for more work done on my shoulders and neck, she ended up rushing through and ultimately gave me a half hour head scratch to fill the time. It was very uncomfortable and now my head hurts :( I will not book with her again.

R	Ro So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After majority of the staff left due to their cheap management, I tried giving massage addict another go after their repeated emails. Their website always had issues before hard to reset passwords and logging in etc etc but this time I didn't even get a confirmation when I tried to book. So I had to make another appt, but apparently it did go through. Which place even calls nowadays to remind for appt? You guys have my email don't you? You guys send me emails of promotions all the time!!! But Can't for reminder!!! I go to physiotherapy and acupuncture I get sent a professional email with covid questionnaire and reminder for appointment 2 days in advance. Instead of leaching people for no show fees maybe spend a little on a proper website and appointment booking system. Last year itself I attended close 25+ appointments in your business and this is how you treat a returning client. I’m still set on my statement I NEver got a confirmation email for feb 18th I wouldn’t have booked for the 25th had I did not knowing how my experience would be with the new RMT. Common sense ?? Do you really think on my 12 hour shift and on limited break time I would be returning calls to “massage addict “ And that for an appt that I never got a confirmation for… Ciao!

Positive and informative about continuing and improving overall health with instructions on what to do between treatments. The membership provides a lesser cost per treatment with a one treatment per month requirement. You’re billed if the monthly treatment isn’t used. It’s a business model, personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to maintain the requirement. But, in a way, promotes self-care and use of employer benefits. They direct bill benefits which is what I look for in service providers. Clean, modern and the treatment rooms are comfortable and warm with the necessary equipment for the experience. Easy access off highway, free parking.
