Britta has helped ease my aches and pains and release tension related to sitting at a desk all day, sports strains, muscle fatigue due to multi-day backpacking, pregnancy, and more recently, caring for my infant daughter. I spend a lot of time seated in my office, but outside of work i lead a very active lifestyle. When I have taut muscles and referred pain it prevents me from focusing at my job (making me less productive) and then nursing discomfort instead of doing the things I want to do - like playing with my daughter and getting outside! Britta is excellent at assessing the root cause of muscle impairment and pain and uses many different techniques to ultimately improve mobility, reduce muscle soreness, increase relaxation and promote wellness. When I was looking for an RMT I was searching for someone who had experience with sports massage and could apply a significant amount of pressure for deep tissue massage and target my knots and fascia. Britta is this RMT. Whether or not my body needs a session of deep tissue massage, I have confidence when Britta touches me that I can let go and trust her skills to "listen" to my body to enter tissue at the right speed and depth for my needs in that moment. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and offers very effective homecare plans. I regularly recommend Massage 250 to my friends and family.

Since starting at massage 250 I've noticed major improvement every time I've left her table! Great homework that makes a difference every time :) I cannot recommend her enough!

She is very knowledgeable when it comes to treating soft tissue injuries, tightness and how to best get back to normal as quickly as possible. She also provides at home exercises to ensure injuries don’t regress between appointments. I highly recommend seeing Brittany.
