★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Great place for family time, devolution, prayer and picnic. Location is great for prayer, peace of mind, spirituality, art, scenery. Has a great history to itself and gives a new experience about how mission work was I. Canada back In the days. The cafe and souvenir shop are amazing and pretty reasonable. If you're a devout Catholic living in Canada you should definitely visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Even if you go for purely aesthetic reasons, it's worth it. The shrine itself is lovely, and the grounds (with the many small chapels, statues and memorials) are gorgeous. Better still, of course, is to go to pray. It's a deeply holy place. A thin place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our day trip to Midland I got to take some photos of this stunning building. While I didn’t go inside, I gave it 4 stars because of the very kind man who was tending to the parking. He let us in so we could take a few photos. This building can also be seen from the Wye Marsh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the coolest churches in Midland. Visited here a month ago and it was an eye changing experience. There is so much to see. If you’re in the area, everybody should check it out. You do not miss it. There are guides to help you out if you are lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful, lovely grounds to walk around in. There's even a lookout tower to climb. Two of my ancestors were here in the 1600's with the Jesuits, Guillaume Couture and Eustache Lambert. It was great to visit and feel a connection to the history of the area. Highly recommend seeing the inside of the church and viewing the many attractions on the grounds such as the lookout tower and the multitude of plaques and statues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit every year with my family. Great place for a picnic and mass. $6 entrance for adults. Lots of picnic tables on the grounds. There are shrines and statues as well. The church is also very beautiful and historic.
