★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never met Martin in person, only spoke on the phone but he was very perceptive to the type of person I am. He likes one word answers but let me go on and on like a babbling brook but would always gently steer me back to the topic at hand. Always explained everything in detail, never condescending or patronizing. Whatever the result, I will remember Martin for always having me in gales of laughter from his one liners and being able to poke fun at himself and occasionally at me. Once the ball was rolling, his enthusiasm was so contagious that I felt like putting on my short skirt, pompoms and being part of his cheering section. His only fault being that he never pronounced my first name correctly but as the saying goes “Call me anything you like, just don’t call me late for dinner.” If you can retain him, you won’t be disappointed. Martin is an expert in medical malpractice as well as other clinical care areas. Martin and Jacob were both very empathetic to my situation. Most importantly, Martin Pollock is a man of his word and honored the price that we first spoke of. This was despite going over the time for the legal service that I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ethan is a bad name for the Pollock family. The apple fell very far from the tree as other lawyers say when you mention his name. Only decided to go with him because his dad has a good reputation. Ethan is an aggressive rude ego driven unprofessional and not trust worthy lawyer. Will literally belittle you and make you feel guilty even if you are not. Will play games with your head and tell you that the crown has all this non existent evidence. He will not even show you the so called “evidence”. Will persuade you the only way is to go to court or plead guilty. Tells his clients and brags “he’s the best lawyer in Winnipeg” Talks the talk but can’t walk the walk. Would make a great interrogator. Don’t even brother wasting your time with him... big shame for this law firm.
