★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My x3oo broke down yesterday they were efficient in picking it up for repairs but parts are in Edmonton and they wanted to know if I would go pick up the parts , but I was also Interested in buying a new one but I cannot get to talk to salesmen he is either on the phone or delivering machinery it has been 2 days now still no reply maybe I'm not talking enough money may e a new combine would get there attention, not happy

My husband called and explained this and also told them the model # etc. They sent out this tiny tractor and one dude to pull our tractor out but of course this didn't work because it made no sense BUT they charged us $270 for this and then another $270 a few days later when they brought the right size tractor to pull ours out. So we had to pay $270 for NOTHING but Ross basically made it seem like this was all our fault. Never again.....shop local....yeah right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Fast, efficient and friendly people. BUT, very expensive if you need a service call. $1500.00 just for a hydraulic hose replacement is pretty high even for a job well done.
