★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE! Marta and her clients came to view my condo. Marta then requested various condo documents, insisting that I needed to purchase the ones I did not have on hand. She told me this was a legal requirement. I did not know it at the time but I did not need to provide these documents unless an offer was made. Marta made me buy about $200 worth of documentation. She took advantage of my ignorance.
