Marlin is honestly a Miracle Worker!!!!! she told me I would get pregnant after her treatment, she was very sure of it. And now, I am 27 weeks pregnant with a healthy strong boy!!! I've had pcos and endometriosis since I was a young teenager and many years I felt horrible and in lots of pain. This is to forewarn any new client that you may be dealing with a very unprofessional practitioner. I was a newly referred client, but I had not even had an in-person consultation yet with Marlin. Her business was under major reconstruction, and she failed to disclose this information with me on the onset. After waiting weeks and weeks during COVID lock-down measures to be attended to, I was willing to wait as she came recommended by a dear friend of mine. We both had no idea that I would be treated so poorly. Even though I was given two text message reminders of my appointment, her ability to return my phone call was nonexistent. I showed up to my appointment at her office space, which coming from downtown Toronto on public transportation, to get into Scarborough (back and forth) is at least 3-5 hours of my time. I showed up just to be told that Marlin wasn't even in the building! Furthermore, I walked into a very dusty (I am allergic to dust) set of rooms, that was clearly under construction and I was greeted by a representative who knew Marlin, but had no idea who I was. The entire experience was highly disappointing. I don't know why her communications with me was radically different than the rest of these other reviews on her services. All I know is that I rarely need to write these types of reviews; however, given my level of disappointment and the lack of care, professionalism and timeliness with Marlin, I would NOT recommend her to anyone I care for. I am still in shock that I was handled so poorly. Due diligence and fluidity of communication is expected as a base minimum, which did NOT exist the entire journey from phone, to email, to in-person. Marlin, I do not wish you any harm, but I do wish you had the ability to have better handled my experience with you. I will not be returning for any type of service from you as all trust has been lost. For anyone new who has not yet been served by Marlin, beware, and be full of care to watch for any signs of mishandling. I write this to help others avoid massive disappointment.

My experience was great. I have been dealing with hyperhidrosis for a few years and it would leave the armpits of my shirt soaking wet. It was the worst thing to deal with especially with doctors trying to tell me I'm going to need surgery to stop the excessive sweating. I was refered to Marlin by my wife. I was skeptical at first but in 36 days of treatment my armpits have stopped leaking and my shirts are dry. First off, I want to thank Marlin for everything she has done to improve my health and overall well being. Four years ago I found myself with an overwhelming pain in my knees. At first, I thought it was something temporary. Maybe a normal pain or ache that would go away. However, this was not the case. The pain progressively worsened to the point where I needed help to stand up and I couldn’t walk properly.
