★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus operator who work for YRT transit bus from Markahm Rd to Major Mackenzie at around 1340-1350 in 7/3/2022 is insane!!
The bald man bus operator yelling me suddenly when I get on the bus only 1sec. I was standing on the front door and taking my presto card. He yelled that press the card so loud and others also heard that. And when I get off the bus at Robinson St, he didn’t let me get off the bus from rear door. I argued with him & he don’t let me get off and ask me to press again. He said you shouldn’t press when you get on the bus.
And then I press it again which shows free pass!!
That’s horrible experience that how could a mental illness person could be a bus operator. Please take immediately education for them and reply me otherwise I think I will scared everytime I take the yrt bus. Thanks.
