★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a house through Caivan and Markham done our flooring . Our floor has a big hump they come every 3 month to fix the problem but each time it’s more damage . at this point we are very frustrated they don’t have any professional worker to install or fixing floor.
Last week they came to fix it again after 6 hours sanding the hump was still there each line has facing with nailing and un professional installation.
Eventually we told them no more fixing we gave you 2 years each time it was more disappointing and frustrating. We ask just pay us the damage they said we believe we can fix it .
Please don’t go to this company most workers there arrogant and unprofessional!
