I've been seeing her for the past couple of years and I even followed her to her new office where she opened up her own practice at Markham Dental Smiles. She is very personable and takes care of her patients as if they were her own friends/family while keeping a very professional attitude. I used to hate going to the dentist because my previous dentist was very aggressive and I didn't feel as comfortable. I love how gentle Dr. Kwok's technique is and how focused she is in maintaining my teeth. She makes great conversation as well which makes the visit go by so quickly. Definitely reccommend her!

She genuinely cares about her patients and ensure they are taken care of. In fact, I feel so relaxed and calm that I actually falls asleep while they are working on my teeth. She is also great with kids as my kids are not scared at all to see their dentist, even with extraction for my little one. Her staff also display a high level of standard and professionalism, and are extremely helpful. I will hands down recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr Kwok is so gentle and professional. I always thought it was normal to feel discomfort-- that's not normal folks. I actually just called in to inquire about a situation with my fathers loose tooth. They missed my call and immediately returned my call. The person that answered the phone was SOOO patient and helpful in answering all my questions. I feel a lot of places will just tell you that they can't provide any details or advice, please book an appointment/consultation etc. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Kwok and her staff were always extremely friendly, efficient, and professional, it made going to the dentist as easy as could be. Would highly recommend to anyone considering their services!! Thank you for everything and we will be back if we ever return to Markham.

The hygienist was gentle, responsible and explains your oral situation extremely detailed to make sure you understand your oral health. There is also Netflix to watch during your cleaning and they gave you a fancy electronic toothbrush after your first visit. I am recommending this place to my family and friends to come. Most importantly, they are extremely transparent on fees and will call your insurance to make sure you are covered.

Generally we do not like going to the dentist, but the staff were super friendly, and the cleaning was gentle and thorough. She knows her stuff, gave me good advice and I don't feel like she's going to push unnecessary treatments on me! 10/10 would recommend.
