I went to Mark to get my divorce done, and let me say it was WORSE THAN A NIGHTMARE!!!!!. My divorce was suppose to be simple since my ex and I are not fighting for anything, but for his greed of money he made it a disaster. I gave Marks conditions to forward to my ex for settling the divorce, but instead of forwarding my conditions, he gave his own conditions and caused my ex to decide to fight me in court. ( I found out he gave a difference condition more than half year later when I finally had a chance to talk with my ex) Anyways, since my ex decide to fight me in court Mark was suppose to book me a court case conference, but never did. Every time I ask him about the case conference date, he would just tell me the court is busy and have to wait about 2 months, and this carry on for almost 1 year. When I finally had a chance to talk to my ex, found out that Mark gave her a different condition, and also came to a settlement with the conditions I sent to Mark long time ago. At that point I just want to get my divorce and I told Mark that my ex and I came to an settlement, so we don't have to go court anymore. Mark then straight out lied to me saying I still have to go to case conference since my ex decided to fight me in court before. I believed him that time and waited for him to get me a case conference, but yet he still failed to do so. When I finally decide enough is enough and found a new lawyer, he told me I just need to get my ex and her lawyer to withdraw their answer to fight me in court, so I don't need to go for a case conference. All this time he was lying to me that I need to go case conference and yet still failed to book me a time. When first went to Mark he told me it would cost me $2000 to finish the whole divorce if I don't have to go to court. I paid his that right away. Then he told me he need another $1000 for case conference and I paid him that too. In the end he did not finish my divorce, and did not even book me a time for case conference. When I finally had enough of him and decide to get a new lawyer, he refund me about $25....... He has done basically nothing other than mess things up and robs my money. There is so much more of his wrong doing. I am sick of even trying to type it. This guy will spin you round and round and suck you dry of your wallet!!!!!!
