★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store, I ordered my uniform pent in June and still I am waiting for my pent. Whenever I call them there answer is we don’t have your size. Everyday I make excuses on my workplace. make sure if they don’t have your stuff at present, please dont order from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When items are on sale, the prices are fairly good, otherwise, I think it's better to wait for a sale to come. Customer service is okay, not amazing. Sometimes the people that work there actually sighs when you ask for something. Not the best place to shop but not the worst place either.

I bought my safety shoes 99 days ago and they ripped ( manufacture defect, not a sign of “me cutting them” ) 2 month after. I didn’t had a chance to go return them, because I was out of Canada.
When I showed receipt to the store manager - Rashida - she told me that I got just 3 months for the return. On the receipt it says “100 days for return with defect”. So she tells me that it’s still 3 months. Had to explain her that 100 days it’s more than 3 months and I want a return. After arguing with her she refuse to give me refund ( on the receipt says that I’m eligible for this) because the issue with shoes happened because of me wearing them. What I supposed to do ? Buy shoes and leave them home ?
Then she decide to agree on the gift card credit ( which I had to fight for it).
For me shoes for 180$ didn’t supposed to break and ripped wide open after 3 months.
Really bad experience …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looked like it was closing down. It took me 45 minutes to find a good pair of shoes.
Most of the shoes here are either sold off or aren’t available in the required sizes.
Unfortunately, friendly staff won’t be able to help because there’s not enough stock of shoes.
Better go to a different location, than wasting time here.
