J	Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Absolutely livid with the treatment my family and I recieved. They delivered the wrong order and refused to take it back and refund my money. Highly disappointed with the service. I strongly reccommend everyone to proceed with extreme caution when conducting business with this company for they do not comply with contractual agreements.
S	Shirley So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS STORE DESERVES NO STARS! I had the utmost worst customer service of my life. So about 2 months ago I put a $50 deposit down for a crib that they didn’t have in stock in the colour I wanted. I specifically told the guy, (I think he’s the owner of the place but he denied it) that my crib had broke and that it was not safe for my 8 month old baby to sleep in. She had already fell out twice. He told me it would take a week to come. So I waited and let my baby cosleep with me. After a week had past i didn’t receive a call so I decided to call, no answer. I called the next day, a lady picked up and didn’t know what was going on so she told me she would get the owner to call me back. Another week past and no call back from the owner so I called the store a couple more times but no answer AGAIN! At this point I’ve already took to consideration that I got scamed. So I was forced to buy a crib online. I’m glad I did because the crib I got was soo much cheaper than the price the guy quoted me and it got shipped to my door. After a month had past I received a call from the guy saying the crib is here, are you serious??? A MONTH?! So I went back to the store to try and get my $50 deposit back. This guy refused to give it back to me... he swore in front of my 3 year old, told my friend to punch him, fight him and banned us from stepping into his store. He didn’t even let me use the $50 to buy something else in the store. Is that how you run a business? I don’t recommend anyone to shop in this dispicable store.
T	Tenika Noble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my money to this Lady and I advised her I lost my job. I asked her if I could get something else, she said she would need to speak to the owner. Never got a call back. Everytime I call she is not there. Apparently a family member was sick, now she is on vacation. I dont want my money back. I just want to get something else. I reading the reviews now and wish I never did business with this woman. Please stay away. If you even change your mind, you will not get your money back.
