★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management was there 6 weeks ago had products put away and products were to be ordered. Were gone. I tried to shop locally with the pandemic happening. went back a few times left messages then get a phone call a week ago asking if i wanted them ordered. I was there she had all the sizes needed to be ordered which she said would be no problem. Well there is is a problem not ordered and Mark's lost a sale over $1000 + taxes will not shop there again and will be known to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in after work for new pants and i got absolutely no greeting, the employee looked right at me and didnt even smile back. Wandered around for about 30 minutes and still nothing and again the employee kept looking at me but did not smile, say anything or even approach. I even went into the change room and nothing. Once i decided not to buy anything because of the poor customer service I walked right past the employee and out the door and he STILL said nothing. Very dissatisfied with how this Maeks is run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. 4 employees on the floor, I am the only customer. Not one greeting, no offer of assistance. Went to try on a pair of shoes and one employee was actually sitting on of one the benches by the shoes and didn't move...... Seriously poor service they are fortunate that there is not much selection in Quesnel for shopping. They have a captive market!
