★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting mismanaged dollarama I have ever seen, manager knowingly made on of their workers work, fully knowing they had covid. Then had the opacity to ask for someone else's personal information and ID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and cheap items for everyday use. I picked up a tonne of blankets for my new puppy at an extremely reasonable price. The blankets were of good quality and have been holding up well with frequent washes. Store is clean, bright and well stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharges on sticker priced merchandise and employees claim that they're unable to correct it. Canadian flag has a sticker price tag of $2, but it rings through as $2.50. I said something before paying and was told by the teller, that its suppose to be $2.50. Replied that it clearly says $2, and she replied that they must have forgotten to change the price tags. When I stated that that's not my problem and I shouldn't have to pay more than what it's priced as, she said that there's nothing she can do and she's not able to change the price. Horrible customer service at the Quesnel Dollarama. Also, when I walked into the store it appeared deserted no employees in sight, not even at the tills. I had to search the store isles to find an employee. And the isles where littered with empty boxes and garbage.
