★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a fan of marks as they always have a large selection of clothing and work ware, I bought some boots here and have been happy with them, their work clothing however, despite the large selection can be overpriced. There are other places in Olds who sell the same brands anywhere from $10-$40 less.. that’s far to big of a margin not to drive down the road somewhere else.
On the other hand the staff here are always super friendly and eager to help and the store is always tidy and inviting, I’ll continue to shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok - So I love Marks - But I'm getting annoyed with all the pandering for donations upon sales - If you ask me if I'd like to donate, and I say no thank you - Please do not then ask if you can round up to the nearest dollar. I was shocked at the nerve...honestly! I work in sales too so I get it - but this was enough to really piss me off. No Thank you means No Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I visited I had great service here shopping for my young teen who is now in men sizing. Staff can be a hit and miss but this time service was great and I will return. Not to busy of a place to shop either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boiler went out, needed to wait out the replacement with some warm clothes from Marks, and found them here. Staff were excellent in helping me decide on what was best, using customer feedback on their product because they were ladies that hadn't actually worn the gear. Gave me the sale price for something that wasn't yet on sale, but to their credit, I bought more than I intended. Great experience.
