★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that they can't order boots in and the customer has to guess their size and return them if they're wrong is ridiculous. I ordered 2 pair online. The return process was painful only to be credited for the wrong pair but then another charge appears 1 month later for another pair of boots I never recieved. I have nothing good to say and would go zero stars, sadly my employer only allows us to buy work boots from Marks and I have to deal with their poor system every year. Marks you should be embarrassed about your customer service. Order boots in for your customers!!
