Mark is well connect with many of the builders in GTA, with his help we were very lucky to have the first around access with the best choice and price!
Mark and his team are always available, they were ready to address our concerns and questions almost any time during the day or night.
We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who's looking for a pre-construction condo in GTA! You will be as happy as we do!

When asked for detail on the Lakeshore building condo .I have text him a few time and have not heard back from him .Would be nice to get a reply if the condo's are sold out at least instead of sending emails are you still interested and not answering the text or emails not sure if anyone else had that same problem with Marl Li
