★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular boat and canoe launch site, adjacent to the wharf in the Marine Peace Park. There is a pier as well as a concrete ramp. There are also life jackets for children that can simply be borrowed and returned after use. As there are areas of bird sanctuary nearby, there are informative signs describing requirements on where to avoid boating during nesting season. This is a well maintained and nicely located boat ramp near downtown Salmon Arm.
