Notre voilier a été si bien préparé et révisé sous garantie (l'année suivante) que nous n'avons aucun problème. Merci Chantal et Jean-François. 5-star service, before, during and after the purchase of our Jeanneau. Our sailboat has been so well prepared and overhauled under warranty (the following year) that we have no problem. Thank you Chantal and Jean-François.

Ils ont fait un travail de préparation des plus mauvais, mon bateau n'a jamais été livré selon les spécifications convenues. La garantie est nulle et sans effet dès que le bateau quitte leur quai. Leurs employés ne sont pas qualifiés pour faire les travaux de préparation ou d'entretien ou n'ont pas le temps de faire la job comme il faut. Je ne connais aucun de leur clients qui soit satisfait de leur travail. Sauvez-vous des problèmes et acheter votre bateau ailleur que chez Lennox. Idealement loin de St-Paul de l'Isle aux Noix! Les autres Marina du coin sont pas beaucoup mieux. I bought a new sailboat at this location in 2013. $ 250k the worst purchase of my life! They did a prep work of the worst, my boat was never delivered according to the agreed specifications. The warranty is null and void as soon as the boat leaves their dock. Their employees are not qualified to do the preparation or maintenance work or have the time to do the job properly. I do not know of any of their clients who are satisfied with their work. Save yourself from trouble and buy your boat elsewhere than at Lennox. Ideally far from St. Paul of Isle aux Noix! The other local marina are not much better.

Nous avons été enchantés et très bien conseillés lors de notre cheminement pour l’acquisition de notre voilier Jeanneau. Du début à la fin, Chantal a toujours été à l’écoute de nos besoins et a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous expliquer les caractéristiques du voilier et les étapes à suivre jusqu’à la livraison en plus de s’être occupée de toute la paperasse sans complication.
