Inlaws use to store their boat there. Great family friendly service !!!

Not a pleasant experience. The owner was not very welcoming. The prices were absolutely not negotiable, not even 5% like we requested for a half day rental; only pay the full day rate. We would recommend other marinas in the area, got a MUCH better deal elsewhere.

Only Summers place in winters its closed and just a scenic view.

Please do not support this marina! The owners do not respect individuals with special needs. Do not support businesses like this! If I could have given zero stars I would have. This incident occurred in the summer of 2018. I am still utterly disgusted that another human being would treat someone in this manner. My husband and I booked a boat rental after reading the positive reviews. We arrived at the marina with my brother who has special needs (autism - high functioning, very calm and kind person) to find the owner arguing with whom I assume was her daughter or possibly just an employee (she had brown hair, on the shorter side, chubby build and looked to be mid 30s or so). It was extremely unprofessional to say the least. We stood there patiently waiting for either of them to acknowledge us. After 5 or so awkward minutes, I said very politely “Good morning, we have a rental scheduled for today.” To our shock, the younger woman whipped around, gave us the dirtiest look and snapped “you can wait!”. The older woman (owner) looked our way and then continued talking to the woman! Is that how they treat their valued customers? My husband suggested that we go outside and come back in. If it wasn’t for my brother looking forward to the boating trip we promised him, I would have left and cancelled. We went back in 15 minutes later to find both of them still there, but no longer talking. My husband was with my brother who was pacing around at that point. I dealt with the owner for the rental details. There was no apology for the wait or the inappropriate behavior. We were almost set and then she looked up, pointed at my brother and asked if “he” was going on the boat as well. I replied “yes of course”. She immediately turned on her attitude again and said “absolutely not, I’m not comfortable with people like that going on our boats, he is a liability to us, who knows what he could do to our boats.” I said “people like that? My brother has autism, however he is not a liability and would never cause any damage. He loves boats and has been on them many times.” At this point I was basically pleading with her as I didn’t want to disappoint my brother as individuals with autism are very much routine based and do not take sudden change well. She refused to rent the boat to us and also told me she would be keeping my deposit because she lost out on someone else renting the boat. I told her I would be contacting my credit card company and that I would be sharing this review for others to see. She laughed in my face and said “please do go ahead, we have been in this business for over 25 years, people will continue to come regardless of your little sob story”. Please do your research and find another marina, one that will value your business and treat everyone with the respect that they deserve. Thanks for reading.

There are better priced marinas elsewhere. I agree with others, the owners and staff were not friendly people at all and the snacks that I bought were stale and the pop was flat! That is enough combined to make me choose another marina. I love my food and I enjoy socializing and giving my business to friendly people :)

Marina had what I was looking for but welcome to Lake Muskoka where you pay through the nose for everything. These guys are one of the cheapest around with $149 for a bilge pump and $2 each for connectors but at any rate still happy they had it.

Staff is very rude. You would think after almost 2 years people would be generally happy and helpful, but not here. I’ve been coming to that area for 30 years with family and after my interaction with staff this weekend I will never return. Very arrogant people at this marina.

Worst possible business I've ever dealt with. Changed everything on my rental , when I cancelled they would not give me my deposit back. Very one sided, they have NO care for their customers even though you're a returning customer. You can only cancel 90 days prior to your reservation. I booked the reservation months ago to only get emails saying they are changing it to a smaller older boat. Total B.S.
