Marina Le Merry Club - Magog

Our favourite place to go ;) Never had problems with boats. Always rented different kinds of boats. It’s pretty fast and efficiant. Price is affordable and staff is friendly and helpful. Boats are well maintained. Just sometimes the parking is a hustle and if there is no more spots you have to go park on the street. And that street is busy so friendly advice - fold your mirrors if u care.

If there was an option of a zero star, I would have chosen it! If you rent a product from this place, make sure too take good pictures and videos all around the boat or jet ski, as well as having the employee mark down every single damage that was already on the boat or jet ski before you use it. Because they will try to find any little thing to make money off of you, and they hold your money until they find out the "damge". The whole process will ruin your day.In conclusion, I do not recommend this place.

The site staff was extremely rude at the end of our trip which is unfortunate because we had a nice day and likely wouldnt have left a bad review if it werent for them. The owners specifically were very aggressive toward us. Dave who did our initial inspection refused to come see what his employee claimed as a "damage to the boat". He yelled at us walked away and told us he would "see us in court" without even knowing what the issue was. He claims the propeller was brand new and put on the PREVIOUS DAY. One of their employees heard the argument (thats how loud and aggressive Dave was) The employee said that he would be able to vouch that the propeller was put on THAT MORNING and that he saw it in the box a few hours ago. A clear inconsistency in stories which just proves that the staff is taught to lie no matter what in order to scam customers. Dave also refused to let us go take a picture of said "damages" and said he was "done talking to us". Richard insulted us in front of other customers when we went to ask for a copy of our contract. They made a huge ordeal just to call us the next morning to tell us that the issue was very minor and not worth making a fuss over (too late) and that they would be returning our deposit... probably because they realized they never asked us to sign off on the final inspection papers. All of which could have been avoided if Dave had come to check the "damages" like we had initially calmly asked him to and if he didnt have time he could have REMAINED CALM and politely said he would get back to us after he could personally inspect the boat. Unfortunately that is not the road he opted for. They will likely refute this review in the comment section but do yourself a favor and read the rest of the reviews.

Great place to jet ski and my friend and I had a blast. But I had rented the more expensive SeaDoo at twice the price which turned out to be slower and just as beat up as my friend’s SeaDoo at half the price, so that was a downer. (I noticed a tie wrap was used to keep the left handle grip attached). I later complained but I was told that their jet skis get a lot of abuse and I should have read the four page contract more closely which states I should have returned the jet ski if there was a problem. No fun in that. So renting the expensive jet ski is a risky proposition. Just get the cheaper one. They are more or less all the same. Apart from that, a great day on the lake!

Worst customer service ever, they told me they had a dock space for rent I drove all the way from Montreal to find out that they don’t, this after they made me wait an hour, this place is completely disorganized ?. Not only are they disorganized they also lie, instead of apologising for wasting my time they now claim I didn't have to wait as long as I did, this should tell you something about them. Its all about the money here folks, they even charge you to park your car while they are inside wasting your time. Don't take my word for it, read the rest of the reviews.

Beautiful location and lake but the service was really bad. The rudest person handling the registration and details. They try to mail you for every penny. They wanted us to pickup ONE piece of chips or they would charge $150 in cleaning fees. Instead of making the experience smoother they just make it a hassle. Boat was new and great though.

Terrible experience with the management staff. They were rude from the moment we arrived. They refused to rent us a wakeboard or tube because it's "a lot of paperwork" - we had to insist. At the end of our trip, they tried to charge us for a bigger boat that was more expensive than the one we rented. This was not the first time we came, and this is how we were treated as returning customers. Not recommended, there are better marinas in Magog.

Great day! We had a very warm reception from Adrien, who explained really well everything about our rental and delivered the Stingray boat we reserved in impecable conditions. The boat was practically new, very clean, fueled and ready to go! My past experiences were not as great but I think their team has really improved.
