This woman was so wonderful and dedicated and just what we all needed. A very huge thank you to Dianna Swaetzman for her knowledge of hair oroducts and trust we all had. There were friends that never had contact of a touch but earned effortlessly from the joy we saw after was phenomenal to see she's that came more than the day went on. Please give this student this special acknowledged that she deserves above and beyond as we are sizable but she accomplished us whether it was physical or remotely. Please come back to us soon Dianna. We luv you.

I must say that she was very thorough and had exceptionally good manners. She will become a great asset to Marca and I will certainly recommend her to other people. The only drawback was that I spent almost 5 hours in the saloon and that's the longest time that I've ever stayed there. Most probably since was a trainee so it took her a long time but she did a thorough job and I really commend her efforts.

I had Nazia as my hair stylist and her attention to detail really made me happy. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and her along with her teacher Rebecca were able to give me ash blond highlights. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and asked me if I was happy each process she went though. The only thing they can improve on is fastening the highlight process since I was in the salon for 4+ hours, and the brushing of the hair was a little harsh. Otherwise, 5 stars for her incredible work!
J	Joanne M Vekar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero rating, I would. I brought my elderly mother for a haircut to Marca College in a wheelchair. Firstly, the handicap automatic door button was not working. Why bother having wheelchair accessible entry if the doors do not open automatically? That should have been the first hint that I should run away. Also I requested in my online booking under "special instructions" that they do not wash my mother's hair and to just wet it down with a spray bottle. Well nobody notified me in advance that this was against their "policy." Had I known this, I would have not gone there. I arrived the day of the booking with my mom in a wheelchair and was told that all customers MUST have their hair washed by their students. Seriously!!?? What kind of business turns away an elderly person in a wheelchair? This is not okay. It is ableist and very poor customer service. What is Marca College teaching their students? That you can turn seniors away because they do not fit your ableist expectations? Absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Marca College and you B.S. policies.

A	Adrienne Bed Bugs Dead Bugs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I feel like a new me after having my highlights and root touch up done by Abby and Money. At one point, I had three people working on my hair. I felt like a queen getting the royal treatment. The head colourist, whom the students all refer to as Mom, did an absolutely amazing job of picking the colours for my hair. I am definitely going back on a regular basis to make myself more beautiful every day.

I wanted to try this salon to support the students and give them a client off the street. When I walked in I was greeted in a very kind and friendly manner. I explained what I wanted and I was paired up with a student named Diana who right away made me feel welcomed. She was very professional and extremely courteous. The best part was when she shampooed my hair OMG she is amazing at it her hands are magic. I nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing I would pay her just to wash my hair. The haircut was fast however very very well done her teacher came to check and she did not have to do anything to it Diana made no errors and I was happy to see that. She then gave me a blow dry and styled it with beach waves. My hair looked amazing I’m disappointed I didn’t take pics to post here. It felt great and looks so healthy and I felt alive and like me again. I recommend to everyone needing a cut and style go here and make sure you ask for Diana. Amazing place and amazing woman with a great sense of humour and very down to earth yet professional and exceptional customer service skills. Thank you Diana see you again real soon

I showed both Amarit and Abby a couple of pictures for an ash brown look and it turned out beautifully! Mom stopped by a couple of times to inspect and provide additional guidance. As I had darker hair the process took a bit more time to achieve (as expected) and I was there pretty much all day. Overall I had a great experience! Thank you for giving me a new makeover! I will definitely be coming back again!
