Manque de suivi des dossiers et de rigueur au travail.

Très bonne expérience avec monsieur St-Pierre. Un homme de parole, accessible et qui connaît son métier. Je le recommande les yeux fermés. C'est un atout important dans un processus d'achat pour éviter les problèmes.

J'ai été entièrement satisfaite... même au delà de mes attentes....je lui ai bien expliqué le problème et il a fait toutes les vérifications nécessaires....belle présentation, bien équipé et a même remis du "calking" où il en avait enlevé pour bien vérifier. Pour moi c'est un ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ....merci encore

J'ai été une cliente en été 2019. Je souhaite rester anonyme. L'inspecteur m'a fait aucun suivi. Je l'ai appelé pour une question concernant son rapport d'inspection. Sa réponse de première ligne était : référez vous au rapport. Wow. J'ai justement une question concernant le rapport! Le résultat de cette incompétence et ce manque de professionnalisme est que j'ai eu à revendre ma bâtisse car je n'ai pas été bien guidé par mon inspecteur. Bravo pour ton beau travail et pour l'impact généré dans ma vie!! C'est incroyable.

ALL house sellers beware - do not let this inspector in your house!!! This inspector worked for potential buyers of our house who were not present for the house visit or the inspection. He portrayed the house as having major issues and defects which in every single case I have since had qualified professionals inspect, all shaking their heads at how he erroneously and through innuendo implied problems that were all cosmetic. My classic example is that he photographed a 'scratch' on our front door, stated it was at risk of rusting and that the recommendation was to replace the door. He made no mention of this issue to the realtors representing buyer and seller during the inspection. I ran my finger over the 'scratch', went to the pharmacy and purchased nail polisher remover for $3 and removed the blue 'scratch' made by my son's outdoor art supplies. He went out of his way to scare the buyers into a completely unreasonable view that the custom addition on our house was shoddily built. The structural engineer found the 14 foot roof to be constructed to carry the weight required of a 40 foot roof. From some mottling on our basement floor caused by our elderly dog's accidents before his death several years ago and a spill of the contents of the tank on my husband's espresso machine that he was specifically told about, he implied that our french drains might not be working and that our sewer drain to the street could theoretically be blocked with absolutely no actual evidence of an issue but made it one of his top 5 summary points. We were so concerned that this not be a potential problem that we had the drain to the sewer scoped and a video made of our perfectly clear drain when we built our house addition. I have been advised by every contractor and professional I engaged with to report the inspector to his professional orders and while this is a nuisance for me, I cannot let other people be harmed by his work. Also, he took 4 days to produce the report after the visit and refused to engage in any collaborative discussion with us to review and more accurately represent the house to the absentee buyers.
