Les conseillers sont fantastiques et prennent tout le temps qu'il faut pour bien vous répondre et vous montrer les différentes alternatives. C'est MA place pour tout ce qui touche éléments de plomberie. Toutefois, je n'ai jamais fait affaire avec leurs plombiers, donc je ne peux donner mon avis sur ce point précis.
Excellent place, lots of choice. Several items are "in stock". The counselors are fantastic and take all the time it takes to respond to you and show you the different alternatives. This is MY place for everything related to plumbing elements. However, I have never dealt with their plumbers, so I cannot give my opinion on this specific point.

A bathroom and kitchen plumbing store ... where you can find high quality products combined with a brilliant advice service ... and the welcome is always with a smile and a feeling of welcome ... I love this place. !! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually THE place to go for parts in anything plumbing. The big stires like Hime Depot and Rona will refer you there when they don't have a part. However they didn't have what I was looking for (a replacement for one broken head of a multi-jets shower column.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a good reference, I won't visit this little place where you can find very good quality to high end bath and kitchen faucets, sinks, vanities, showers, toilets and accessories. Free parking in the back of the building. Customer service was excellent.
