★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience had highs and lows : I found a particular product online and was referred by the US company to Marble Trend as their Canadian distributor. I e-mailed and no answer. Again...no reply. It isn't far from my house, so, frustrated, I drove over to get more information. I never did meet Elvana (?) to whom I was referred, but I did meet Tuchi (again, sp?) and she was really lovely and so helpful. The product I wanted was triple my budget, but she showed me several options that made much more sense for my project and I will very likely go back to them (esp Tuche !) for the accent tiles and some finishing pieces. The showroom is really lovely, and the back room (accompanied by staff only) is a warehouse full of slabs of all sorts to chose from, including some sale ones. These guys sell more than install, but will help you connect with an installer if you need one. I was surprised at the tile options incl glass and terrazzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently placed an order for Italian quartz from Marble Trend. The quality of material was immediately evident, in comparison to other quartz samples we had looked at. And it was very helpful to us that we could inspect the full slab on site, since ordering from small samples is a much more difficult task. We also appreciated the honest assessment of the length of time before we could receive the material. The product is a little more expensive, as one might expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tony at Marble Trend was very helpful in assisting us to choose a marble slab for our fireplace project. The prices are also very reasonable. It took me nearly 8 months to find the right place. I scoured the GTHA (especially Hamilton) for a marble supplier that could provide a high quality slab of marble, at a reasonable price, with good customer service, and with the right connections to experienced marble installers. Most other marble suppliers in Hamilton (and the GTHA) never called me back, or tried to sell me badly scratched marble left-overs. Don't waste your time with anyone else - Marble Trend is worth the drive to Toronto. Their product and selection is second to none, and their customer service is outstanding. Thanks Tony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to do or are doing home renovations or slight enhancements (nice selectin of natural stones and tiles, especially the large tiles). It's a a beautifully designed and laid out place with lots of appealing items for home. Go in person and check it out and you'll be glad you went. Tina Di Leo is a Design Representative at Marble Trend and she consulted with us and she was great; it was really nice dealing with her. As I said, this is one place to definitely check out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their product however they do not stand behind it. We purchased neolith porcelain from them 3 years ago which they said was the best product … most durable …would not break compared to granite so we went with it. It chips like crazy and we have a crack on the island that is spreading. We spent a lit of money and there is nothing they can do about it they said. I spoke with another big company who sells this product and they stand behind it 100%. Any issues they deal with it. I am very disappointed with Marble Trend and would not recommend this product from them at all!
