Went here around 1pm. Most reviews claim that they received good service, however that was not the case for us. We were barely greeted nor introduced to the menu. It was not even busy and there was sufficient amount of staff at the time. The dimsum was just ok. We did however really liked the deep fried minnow. Our overall experience is poor as we feel that we were barely attended to, and the servers didn't even bother saying a word to us, other than if we want our ham sui gok cut. No hello, no drink refills and no thank yous/or any communication when and after paying the bill. If service was better, we would probably come here to try their ayce Hotpot, but we do not want to experience the same type of service again.

Decided to try out the place after Tik Tok. Not disappointed… It’s located on the 2nd floor of Crystal Mall. The restaurant is not very big, reservations are highly recommended.. I believed they have 2 seating for dinner, either 5.30pm or 7.30pm. They don’t really specify you only have 2 hours to eat. Which is sufficient to stuff your stomach in a AYCE hotpot. Ingredients are FRESH… no questionable items. Service is good & efficient. Their specialty is durian mochi which you can pre-order for $8.99 for 4 mochi. Worth every cent if you love durian, it is even better than Kirin’s- hands down! So it is $35 pp for AYCE plus you pay $5 extra for the individual hotpot, they had the pork bone to herbal soup to spicy soup base… something for everyone’s tastebuds. As per recommendation, the short ribs were good. Easy on the fatty beef, as per name, the meat is quite fatty. All the fishball & meatballs were good. That includes the seafood selection. We also tried their claypot rice, it was well done. A throughly enjoyable meal. Nice tea provided however you can order the plum drink & it is free refill including the pop. I will be back again.

Reviewed only in the AYCE (all you can eat) hot pot dinner option. Have yet to try their dim sum and bbq meats. Dined in for two on a Sunday evening. Didn’t have reservations and staff estimated the wait to be about 1 hour. We got a phone call 20 minutes later that our table was ready which was a nice surprise. Definitely nice have individual pots for different flavors, especially if you go as a group and people have certain allergies, etc. The AYCE is $34.95 per person. In addition, you have to pay for your individual soup base (usually ranged $5), and if you like condiments with it such as garlic, hot peppers, cilantro, green scallions, and sesame oil, each one of those is an additional $1.50. They also have the standard all you can drink plum juice or soda. Food items are served over ice to keep them fresh and gives it that extra touch of elevation (like some of the more boujee hotpot places). Their clay pot rice with preserved meats was alright. I had ordered more beef short ribs as a second order which also did not come. All in all, the meal came to $95 pre tip. Safe to say I wouldn’t be rushing back here anytime soon.

Loved the individual soup pots for hot pot and plenty of soup flavours to choose from. Food quality was great for the price. Time limit is enforced as this place is super popular so eat quickly ? as time flies by!

We came here for all you can eat hot pot, the cost per person is $34.95; however, they charge additional for soup base (ranging from $5-$8 each) and dipping sauce ingredients. For example, green onion, chilli, garlic etc costs $1.5 each for a tiny bowl as shown in photos. Many other items on the menu also cost extra to order, so the overall cost does add up quickly, if you can eat a lot in 2 hours, that’s worth it, but in my opinion, it’s too expensive. For all you can eat hot pot, I was expecting they have an open sauce station to say at least. Service was good tho, fast and efficient. The quality of meat is quite good too.

Fresh ingredients! Love their hotpot with beef, seafood and lots of other choices. Each person gets our own pot so we can choose different soup. Their cooked food such as beef stew, sticky rice and clay pot rice was yummy too. Superb service. All staffs are super friendly. Will definitely go back!

Loving this new all you can eat hot pot place!! With many different soup options to choose from and yummy cuts of meat. I'd definitely recommend this if you're in the area! I really enjoyed their personal individual hot pot, so you don't have to settle for one broth to share. Tommy is the BEST server ever. Can't wait to come back again with my friends and family.

When we think of ayce, we think of cheap and bad service. My friends and I were wowed by the quality of food and the service we received today. They had a great variety of choices and the food came out fast! One feedback I would suggest is that if they can do a sauce bar for a certain amount! It would be nice to have that option. In the end they offer us dessert that was complimentary and the servers were all really friendly and helpful.
