★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I requested to transfer the services to new address they fraudulently singed me for another 3 years contract, they cancelled my old contract and started a new contract. Monitory Service provider double charged me for old and new locations per Maple Service advise.... Its Terrible... not resolved yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malik is very unprofessional and they scammed my mother out thousands of dollars and then they lie. I would not recommend them at all, their customer service is horrible. Malik yelled at me and hung up because I insisted he resolve my issue. Our alarm has not been working for months and they refuse to fix it because they have no idea what they are doing.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE FRAUDS AND HAVE MULTIPLE COMPANY NAMES . FRAUD ALERT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company. My family and I decided we needed a couple security cameras around our property. We gave our business to maple security. They told us that we had to pay a fee up front to keep the cameras on our lot as soon as the contract was up, we payed that fee. Just a week after our contract is up, they send someone to come collect the cameras and tell us that if we want to keep them we need to pay an extra $500. This is completely unacceptable. It is not about the money, it is about the principle. This is terrible service as I even referred multiple friends of mine to them, I will surely be letting my friends know of this incident in hopes to save them from this hassle and fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever . They never reply . My camera is not working . Calling 10 times a day . They dont have any tech available to come & fix it. Asking for the service fee for the tech visit . Didnt showed up on scheduled appointment . They ask for more money if you cancel the service . I was ready to pay but no technician was available & there was no one at customer service. Nobody picking up .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst security company you could ever choose to do business with. Service Rep Wendy hung up in my face and was very rude. Said I would be charged for work their company didn't complete upon camera installation. Save your money, time and energy and take your business somewhere else. Update: The technician who was called to fix my camera system respectfully requested this review be removed on behalf of maple. I will not remove this review but I will note that the tech was very respectful, and I was not charged for the work their company was contractually obligated to complete contrary to what Wendy told me on the phone.
