They will allow past staff to wait so long for final pay it makes them homeless...honestly if your wanting work go else where so you don't get treated like just another number

Such a great group of people that work here , team work is very obvious The food is very good with alternate choices and friendly waiters Recreation staff go out of their way to include everyone in any events We both lived in Oliver B. C. Vivian my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2006 so the need for more care for was obvious The wife and I moved here in 2012 after we could see that retirement Concepts in Summerland had such a long waiting list. We lived together in this suite while working with Fraser health to have her in residential care ( that part was the hardest on me and my family ) but a room came available in 2016 where she was taken care of until she passed away October 2017 I was so grateful to have her taken care of the way they did with me in the same building so I could visit whenever She was in residential care for 15 months. New, just 10 years old, landscaped yard. Just about the best location - close to town. 24/7 nurse care. Live entertainment often. Around the clock coffee access. There is a theatre, library and exercise facility. Final words: GREAT!
B	Bernice Radloff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with I had a bad fall in my kitchen. I woke and laughed when I found myself on the floor. I realized from that day I was ready to get help. I got a walker. That was the beginning. I knew of 3 different senior's homes. I thought that being near to my relatives was the best decision. I am not sorry I chose this place. The people are great helpers. The food is great (thank goodness no more cooking!) I love the service and people providing help.

But that was enough time to get to know the facility and team. •The professionalism of the front end staff when we toured and signed contracts. They spoke to her with such warmth. •She was nervous of the transition and said she would probably just stay in her suite. That changed quickly when she slowly started to attend the events, music nights, game nights. The recreational team who knew she loved bridge, put it out there and arranged a foursome that played until 10:30pm “laughing at nothing”. How she loved it. As a family we attended many events that were fun and organized. •The comfort level of the building – so clean, a hotel feel. •When she first fell, the care aides who checked on her as if she was their mother. •Knowing Mom was safe. They have a clockwork system to make sure their residents are accounted for and secure. We have absolutely no regrets about her time spent here. I can’t thank the team enough.
S	Susan Gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Parents moved to the Maple RIdge Seniors Village 2 years ago. I want to write this review because they deserve it! My parents are 91 and 90 and are both still independant but my Mom had a fall and has been sent to hospital twice. The care and concern is so genuine and real it's unbelievable. The staff go above and beyond to make them feel loved, cared for and safe. They are one of the only places in the Fraser Health Authority that hasn't had a Covid outbreak. I don't want to name any staff because I only know a handful and don't want to leave anyone out but the ones I know have all been amazing! They have all kinds of fun programs that they never want to miss. I am a registered nurse so I know what to look for. It is such a weight off of mine and my brothers shoulders. Kudos to the Maple Ridge Seniors Village!!

They made my dad feel right away at home and he was so happy there in his stay! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a retirement facility for their loved ones. There are three levels of care. My father was in the middle one. We were so happy with the care he received while he was there. If there was a 10 star rating, I would give this place 10 stars! Thank you MRSV for everything!
