T	Terry Pocha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here 6 months and it was great. Nice clean park and safe. Beautiful location in between 2 rivers and walking paths. Would recommend in a heart beat. Only reason we are leaving is we got a dog . It's to bad they don't allow them or we would stay.
M	Michele Haugen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We resided here over a year & the manager (Florian) made it very clear that you have no rights & he can evict anyone at anytime. There are seniors that are sick, he's still disrespectful and in everyone's business. We felt we couldn't sit outside for fear of him lurking or driving by. There should be quiet, use and enjoyment of your spot. Too bad it's a nice location. DO NOT STAY HERE! He is belittling, chauvinistic and cares about no one. There are no fires (even propane), no dogs, no motorcycles, no visitor parking and no laundry.

There are way to many rules you can't have fires, no dogs , you can't have more the 2 cars so there's no visitor parking they have to park across the street. The manger is way to strict and has no people skills. Threatens you with "I could kick you out tomorrow ". Then raises the pad rent 100$ this year? How can you do a 20% increase? I think there are better options out there.

I loved the quite and the rest i was able to gain with my stay. I will be definitely coming back to your fine RV park soon. Great Job Florin !
V	Val Cazes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maple Ridge RV Park is definitely a very well run park. Florian keeps the park in excellent shape and is a very understanding and accommodating manager. The two negative reviews I read on here are definitely coming from people that are looking for a different type of park. My boyfriend has his trailer here in order to be closer to his job sites and he appreciates that it is a quiet park where he can get a good night sleep before going to work. The other campers here are all respectable and friendly and we have made a few nice new friends here. This is a wonderful place if you want a site were there is excellent security and management.
S	Shannon Linden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to inquire about staying and was stunned by the abrupt, rude response the gentleman on the phone offered: "Every RV park is full. Can't help you." When I asked if he might recommend another park, he nastily said, "I'm not going to tell you where to stay & you're not happy." Now I'm not happy! It's my policy to leave positive reviews, but I'm disappointed with the lack of civility out there these days.
S	Sylvia Ikoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to ask about monthly rates and was dismissed immediately with short and rude attitude by who I assume is the same manager the many other negative reviews mention. Before even telling him what we were looking for he said ‘no fires, adults only’. I said fine, and he then said no sewer hookups available, I said no problem I have a portable tank, he said not allowed, and so on until I eventually gave up. Do yourself a favour and read other reviews about how this manager treats his “guests” before spending your money here.
