Each home is we appointed with a garage and a backyard.
In the center is a community center that houses the mailboxes and a rec room for different sports and events.
The neighbours know each other and socialize together and keep an eye out gor one another. An ideal community setting that allows aging individuals thier independence while covering common maintence and offers a community setting of like lives.
