C	Chris Harvey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer who has spent many thousands at this store outfitting 3 properties in the area, I am amazed that in today’s competitive retail environment I was rejected a store return of a $35 item without a receipt for a purchase 7 days ago. The bar code would clearly indicate it was purchased at the store, however not even the courtesy to provide an in store credit so that I could purchase the 3 other items I required this morning. I suggest you take a page out of the return policies of Home Depot and Canadian Tire and recognize the long term value of a customer.

They refuse to touch an item?. Kinda off when the floor employees touch and hand me items off the shelf.

S	Stephan E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. My experience with lumber here has been very good. I can order a bunch and not have to worry about getting pieces that are shaped like bananas or propellers. Staff in the rental section is knowledgeable and friendly.
