Chris and the team were super helpful and the registration process was straightforward and access to my storage unit was easy and safe. My first experience of self storage was a very positive one!

I highly recommend this facility not just for the physical ease and conveniences it offers but even more so for the personable staff and how they are willing to help you out in a heartbeat!

The facilities are clean, secure, with very easy access. the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help at every opportunity. Chad assisted us from the start and he made sure that all of our needs from storage to packing solutions were taken care of in a most friendly manner. We would recommend this storage option to anyone.

It’s clean, easily accessible, and the staff are superb. The best of the best! Hands down the greatest bunch of staff! They are so helpful and kind, and they have been very accommodating. They have gone above and beyond for me and I put complete trust in the way they manage the facility. The staff here have become like family to me, and I can’t think of a better place to store my inventory! If you’re thinking about a storage facility, I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute. You will not be disappointed!

The location is very clean, at a very nice temperature, secure and it's always easy to get my car into the loading dock. I have had many "special" requests" over the years and the Maple Leaf storage team at Park Royal have always been there to help make my life that much easier. If I wasn't moving to a different city I would have been happy to keep storing my merchandise there. Thanks team!

We used several sizes of lockers during our 2 year use of the lockers; both were great. Overall we were delighted with the experience.
