Additional kudos to Jason for his patience, attention to detail, and friendly helpful attitude with all our interactions. If you're looking for a supplier who cares and appreciates your business more than their own bottom line no need to look any further. There's a genuine honest business work ethic here that's hard to find; been in the tree game a long time and I've tried them all. Running a tree service comes with enough stress and headaches. But knowing MLR has my back when I need something to keep the machine running is a huge comfort and I'm grateful I found them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products and pricing are great. Service leaves something to be desired. It usually takes multiple emails/calls to get a response. I completely understand the fact that a product may not be available or a supplier may be slow in getting backorders shipped, but I don't understand not communicating that to your customer. And if a customer is trying to get answers, respond, quickly! As a customer I would rather hear, "I don't have any further information at this time," than nothing at all.

Placed my order on November 11. Customer service reached out on 11/15 to report that they were out of one item, and were upgrading me to the next best model. Order was marked shipped on 11/24, but tracking number never showed up on shippers site.
Reached out to customer service on 11/29. No response. Reached out to Isaac on 12/1, received a very nice apology and a promise to check into it. Reached out to Isaac again on 12/3, no response. Called Isaac 12/6, left a voicemail, and immediately received an email confirmation of a new order shipping out...with a link to an inhouse tracking page that requires sign in credentials that I don't have, and a tracking number that has not yet showed up on the shippers site.
Nice apologies are useless, if not followed by an actual effort to fix the problem.
Update - received excellent customer service starting a couple of hours after I posted this review. Issues were resolved within hours.
