I went back in to have it looked at and she dismissed what I was saying and said that the filling was fine. Will be going to a different dentist to get the filling looked at. Very disappointed with the service.

The staff does not book appointments correctly and they have no sense of urgency or priority. They severely lack customer service skills. I have been off and on throughout the years and it has not gotten better. They're service gets worse as time goes on. Do not put your copay, deductible into this office. It needs to be shut down.

Not sure if Dianne and Steve have the wrong office they are reviewing as this office doesn’t use headsets / ear pieces and I have never been charged any extras. And a bald dentist? And they are current with technology being digital. I drive from Toronto. Highly recommended

H	Heart 6 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a filling done on my top left molar. It fell out within 2 months. Had to go to another clinic to get it fixed. My father had several fillings done there as well. Most of them fell out too. Save your money. Go to another clinic where they can actually do the job properly.

My family and I have been going here for 30+ years and would never consider going elsewhere. I am always greeted in a professional yet friendly manner. The women at reception also have a sense of humour which would put anyone at ease. The staff have always managed to accommodate us for small dental emergencies that have occurred over the years and keep us up to date on check-ups and cleanings. They deserve every star.
